Aftercare.
A few things to keep in mind after a healing session:

Give it a Rest!
Energy healings are just as invasive as any other big procedures. Give yourself plenty of time to rest after the session. Just take it easy for a few days. Drink the water. Sleep enough, and don’t overdo it. Energies are settling. It’s just as important as showing up for the healing itself.

All the Feels.
Energetic healings remove the blockages that kept you from FEELING your pain. But like unblocking a kitchen sink, the dirty water still has to drain. It’s normal to feel emotional for a couple of days. It’s normal to have old memories surfacing. They finally get a chance to be felt.
Just let it flow. Do what you need to do - write, talk to a friend, go for a run. Feel, then let it go. Just don’t think too much about it. Your system knows what it’s doing.

Do the elsa - let it go!
Integration is the most important part of healings. It’s the time after a healing, when things come together. Something clicks, you have a totally new perspective on things.
Don’t rush it! You’ll be missing gold nuggets of information. Let these energies settle, or you undo the work. It’s like a crust building over a wound. Let it be! Don’t pick it! Your psyche, your system does it naturally.

Baby steps!
We calculate about 28 days for all energies to settle.
Then follows embodiment. It’s not enough to know what needs to change, but to actually implement it. Especially when we did trauma work, things will change once you change. It’s like learning a new skill. Take your time. The back and forth is normal. Some of these changes can take years, but you lay the foundation. Trust the timing of your life. -
Irritated.
Sometimes, you feel like you didn’t get what you wanted after the healing. Sometimes, you realise you should have asked for something else during the session. Instead of letting that feeling take over, sitwhy you feel that way. What did you get instead? Because the way this works is that you always get what you NEED, but not always what you WANT. 10/10 it’s a frustration with yourself, projected onto this healing.
