What information is collected?

When booking a session or treatment, Hannah collects details to facilitate the treatment. When she does so, she is regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation, which applies across the European Union (including Ireland), and she is responsible as ‘controller’ of that personal information for the purposes of those laws.

The legal basis for the processing of this data is that the processing is necessary for Hannah to provide services to you, which you have requested and to which you have consented. 

Hannah has appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost or accessed in an unauthorised way. Any data security breach will be notified to you, as Hannah is legally required to do so.

Any personal information Hannah collects from you may be used in the following ways:

1. To personalise your experience and improve customer service. Your information helps Hannah to better respond to your individual needs, meet our regulatory obligations, and protect both our interests. 

2. To market her service to you and improve customer service. This includes providing you with newsletters, materials and those to which you have subscribed. 

3. To send information and updates about service offers for promotional purposes. 

No details or information are shared with any third party. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

We will only retain your personal information such as name, address, phone number and contact details as long as you are on a Course with us or engaged with our daily and monthly information, however we do retain such data as is necessary for our accounting purposes for the period for which we are required to retain data under Irish revenue legislation.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in the administration and operation of our services, as well as our legitimate interest in marketing and promoting our services

Your rights relating to personal data

You have the following rights under the GDPR, in certain circumstances and subject to certain exemptions, in relation to your personal data:

• the right to access the data – you have the right to request a copy of the personal data that Hannah hold about you, together with other information about our processing of that personal data.

• the right to rectification- you have the right to request that any inaccurate data that is held about you is corrected, or if Hannah have incomplete information, you may request that Hannah update the information such that it is complete.

• the right to erasure – you have the right to request that Hannah delete personal data that we hold about you. This is sometimes referred to as the right to be forgotten.

• the right to restriction of processing or to object to processing – you have the right to request that Hannah no longer process your personal data for particular purposes, or to object to our processing of your personal data for particular purposes.

• Right to data portability – you have the right to request us to provide you, or a third party, with a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format.
